Course Description:  The Most Frequently Used ELDOA of the Spine

ELDOA 1 is the foundation for the ELDOA program.  Students learn the history of the ELDOA according to Guy VOYER, DO and the comprehensive methodology that forms the foundation of the ELDOA exercises.  A significant portion of the course is devoted to the practical application of the most frequently used ELDOA exercises.  A mastery of the anatomy and biomechanics at this level is not necessary.  It is more important student-practitioners begin to think, “How is it possible to do a movement for this region?”
