Several years ago, Dallas Symphony Orchestra musicians came to Legacy for a trial ELDOA™ exercise class.
They loved what the postures did for the effects of the repetitive movements required for their profession.
Each month they schedule workouts around orchestra rehearsals. Legacy loves having them at the Center!
