An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until August 30, 2016
This Semi-Private Series is a combination of abdominal work, gravity squats, Myofascial Stretching and ELDOA…strengthen, stretch, and create space for the vertebral discs.
The series of four August classes is $100.00.
Drop-ins are welcome. That fee is $35.00 per workout.
