ELDOA Tip: Vertebral Foramina- Often a Missed Region For Pathology… How to Exercise.

The spinal chord transitions into a structure called the caudal equina and their coverings in the lumbar region. Spinal vessels and nerves pass through intervertebral foramina formed by bony notches of adjacent vertebra. Improper alignment of these structures or the pelvis can reduce the size of this opening creating pain, pressure. The ELDOA exercise specific to the segment and foramina can assist in normalize this coupled with the use of General ELDOA exercises.
