After one studies the science behind the ELDOA and how it works to normalize tissues, joints and improve proprioception, the challenge becomes when do add them to a program. Here’s a tip… after a hard training session of any sort commit to one ELDOA and stick to your guns on this! ELDOA L5-S1. Later, either as part of a “tv stretching” routine or before bed you can complete the remaining ELDOA in your program.
