IMG_1985_2The outline for the new ELDOA 3 will include introduction to tensegrity biomechanics, a review of all the classic ELDOA postures, biomechanics of the hip, shoulder, ribs, TMJ, and C0-1-2. Group exercise is a part of each day’s curriculum and a one hour lecture one the last day discussing the course work for the next level- ELDOA 4.
