ELDOA Exercises: Classic & Specific-

There are “classic” ELDOA exercises for the joints of spine, pelvis, upper limb and cranium, and there are very precise or specific ELDOA exercises for pathologies of the spine. A common place for pathology is the lumbar spine. There are ELDOA exercises for each lumbar segment, the foramen of each segment, and for various types or directions of herniations in the lumbar spine. There are general ELDOA exercises for the sacro-iliac joint and there are very specific ELDOA exercises for parts of the sacro-iliac joint… the lesser arm, the greater arm and isthmus.
