The Anatole has a good dry sauna (open until 9:30 pm, 8:30 pm on the weekends) and a full gym. There are some gluten-free options for dining and Ser, the high end restaurant, has some nice lamb. Now, if you come during nice weather, the Anatole has built a great water park for your enjoyment.
FYI: A cab ride from The Anatole to Legacy Center is about 1.0 miles, or about a 5 minute cab ride. Fare would run from $1.80, plus a trip charge of $2.25, without tip.

Right across the street from the downtown YMCA, if you ask the Concierge, you can receive a free day pass. There is a sauna in the Ladies’ Locker Room (I assume in the Men’s as well!) though it may not be as fancy as the Anatole.
Fun Fact: a rose garden on the roof with bee hives is maintained by friends of Legacy’s…Brandon Pollard and wife Susan, with Texas Honeybee Guild. Their Zip Code honey may be purchased at the Dallas Farmer’s Market.
