Baseball Players Train Improperly-

By June 2, 2013December 9th, 2014Daily Posts/Tips

What is the goal of the baseball player- 1. To throw the ball hard or 2. To throw the ball with precision?

The answer is to throw the ball with precision… but how does that happen in the body? To throw a ball with precision requires mechanics and a good organization in the BRAIN and SHOULDER JOINT(s). Now, do the exercise or training sessions of baseball players respect these goals? Not at all, and this is one reason that Tommy John surgery is now accepted as part of pitchers career. This way of thinking doesn’t make any sense and there is a better way to train the player(s).
