Being sensitive or intolerant to the many forms of the gluten protein in foods with grains doesn’t always mean a leaky gut and GI problems.

“Grain Brain” by David Perlmutter, MD talks about wheat, carbs and sugar as your brain’s silent killers.  Gluten can cause inflammation anywhere in the body…gut, joints, brain.  In fact, many functional neurologists believe that inflammation in the gut means there is inflammation in the brain.
