Last year Legacy Sport & Wellness spent several days consulting with a veteran SEAL Team Leader. Topics of discussion included “hip and back pain”, the ELDOA, and “how to organize complimentary exercise programming” to balance the demands TEAM members put on their bodies in training for a mission and to address the damage inflicted during the missions. If you like to exercise HARD, and your not using complimentary exercise strategies, like the ELDOA and Myofascial Stretching, then you aren’t giving your body a chance to normalize from the effects of your training program. Do your body a favor, and upgrade your training program with ELDOA training.
