Celebrating Valentine’s Day we often think of chocolates and other sweet items as gifts to give our loved ones and friends.  Before embarking down this traditional path, here is a quick reality check about the sweets we so commonly want to bequeath as an expression of love.  Most chocolates and candies are filled with:
