Having the opportunity to consult and coach numerous professional and olympic athletes over the years has afforded me the opportunity to meet some VERY interesting people. One icon in the world of professional hockey, Les Jackson of the Dallas Stars Organization, shared this quote which sums it up with respect to professional athletes and their conditioning programs- “Your Body IS Your Business.”
