Buck Smith

buck-smithClaudia,

Just FYI, you might recall back in 2012 when I came limping into your offices reporting that my TSH count was way high and the western docs wanted to put me on levothyroxine to stimulate things.  They said that my thyroid was failing.

That was a time when I was really pounding the training on my bike, riding thousands of hard miles every year, cramming down glutens, dairy products and, of course, beer.

You and Scott asked a few simple questions and suggested some changes that I embraced, and as of today, I am happy to report that my TSH count is back to where it was in 2007 before my over-training and gluten binging started…and with no drugs involved.

Thanks for your input and for keeping me out of trouble, for the most part.
