Objectives of Workshop

  1. Discuss possible exercise strategies addressing the hip complex with respect to tensegrity biomechanics and functional anatomy, which include analytical reinforcement of the glute medius, select myofascial stretches for the hip complex, and select ELDOA for the coxal-femoral joint and for the L5-S1 vertebral segment.
  2. Introduce possible warm-up strategies for all-season, spring training, and game day competitions.
  3. Discuss how to begin global reinforcement of the abdominals.
  4. Discuss the importance of post-workout and post competition sessions.
